Job Opening: Substitute Teacher
Children’s House of Bucks County Montessori School invites dedicated educators to apply for the role of Substitute Teacher. Key Responsibilities:
Implement lesson plans in alignment with Montessori principles, ensuring a seamless educational experience for students in the absence of their regular teacher.
Engage students in meaningful learning activities, fostering an environment conducive to curiosity and growth.
Support a diverse range of learning needs and abilities, adapting to different classroom settings and teaching styles.
Work collaboratively with the school’s staff and administration to uphold high educational and behavioral standards.
Demonstrate flexibility and reliability, ready to contribute positively to our educational community.

Requirements & Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 60 college credits from an accredited institution.
A strong affinity for working with children and a commitment to fostering their holistic development.
Excellent adaptability to various teaching and classroom environments.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a nurturing classroom atmosphere.
Prior Montessori experience is highly valued but not mandatory.
Must meet state-regulated background checks and clearance requirements.
